RMA Policy & Procedure

Do not return a product without an RMA number

M5 Technologies accepts product returns only for a verifiable malfunction and only after issuing a Return Material Authorization. The valid RMA number must be displayed clearly on the outside of every package. A product returned without authorization will be sent back freight collect and no credit will be granted.

Freight, taxes, duties and brokerage

The sender must ship the product to the M5 Technologies point of origin with freight prepaid and is responsible for inbound shipping charges, taxes and tariffs. M5 Technologies pays the return transportation charges for a repaired or replacement product, excluding brokerage fees, duties and taxes.

• The sender pays return shipping and applicable fees for out-of-warranty repairs
• The sender pays return shipping and the applicable No Fault Found fee when no defect is found
• Damage caused by improper packaging is repaired at the sender’s expense

• Place of purchase or authorized seller
• Product model
• Serial number or MAC address
• Clear description of the fault and troubleshooting completed
