Secure communications
TLS, SRTP, certificate lifecycle controls, firewalling, access management and secure administration protect voice infrastructure.
The common secure voice software environment for supported Sentinel and Mediatrix platforms, combining SIP routing, TLS/SRTP, provisioning, monitoring and licensed services.
DGW is the common software environment behind supported Sentinel SBC and Mediatrix gateway platforms, bringing SIP routing, security, provisioning, monitoring and licensed services into one operational system.
TLS, SRTP, certificate lifecycle controls, firewalling, access management and secure administration protect voice infrastructure.
SIP gateways, call routing, normalization, codec policy and interface services connect diverse carriers, PBXs and endpoints.
Configuration scripts, firmware management, logs, captures, alarms, SNMP and remote licensing support repeatable operations.

A product decision is only correct when both sides of the interface, the security boundary and the operating model are considered together.
DGW can operate supported M5 platforms on the customer network, and M5T components can run inside a customer-owned product. Routine local operation does not require a public cloud service.
External connectivity is added only when the finished application needs remote provisioning, off-site calling, a SIP carrier, Teams or another cloud service.
Teams operate configuration, backups, diagnostics and monitoring.
SIP routing, security, interoperability and licensed services are applied here.
Supported hardware or virtual instances expose the actual network and voice interfaces.
Carriers, PBXs, phones and analog devices exchange signaling and media through the platform.
Each layer is validated against the layer below it; performance cannot be inferred from the SDK alone.
Conceptual architecture — final topology, capacity and interface configuration require validation.
DGW operates M5 voice platforms. M5T components are integrated into a customer-owned product and require a separate OEM engineering path.
Target operating system, processor, concurrency, codec and lifecycle requirements must be reviewed before an OEM scope is confirmed.| Technology | DGW Software | SIP Client Engine | E-DVA | softDSP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Primary function | Operate SBCs and gateways | Embed SIP signaling | Embed gateway applications | Embed media processing |
| Delivered for | Supported M5 platforms | OEM applications and devices | OEM gateways and CPE | OEM media platforms |
| Key decision | Release and license eligibility | API and platform fit | Interfaces and gateway scope | Codec mix and concurrency |
| Commercial path | License / maintenance | Commercial SDK | OEM program | OEM program |
Share the product, deployment and target outcome. M5 will identify the right technical and commercial path.
