From 1992 to 2020, M5 Technologies was located on Garlock Street in Sherbrooke. In 2021, the company reached a major milestone by relocating to a modern 30,000-square-foot facility, providing the additional space required to meet the evolving demands of the industry. M5 Technologies is now located at 130 Sauvé Street in Sherbrooke, offering an inspiring work environment with fully renovated laboratories designed to meet the highest technological standards.

That same year, the Sentinel SBC products were officially recognized and certified by Microsoft for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, reinforcing the company’s commitment to secure, reliable, and interoperable enterprise communications.

In 2022, M5 Technologies proudly launched the Mini Sentinel SBC, the smallest session border controller in its portfolio. Despite its compact size, this powerful device supports up to 1,200 concurrent users and 400 simultaneous sessions, making it an ideal solution for medium-sized enterprises and branch offices requiring high performance and security in a space-efficient format.
