11. Critical Communications Disclaimer
M5 Technologies products may be used in enterprise voice, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, SIP, SBC, 911, NG911, public safety, healthcare, utilities, transportation, government, military, finance and critical infrastructure environments. Customers remain solely responsible for proper design, configuration, testing, compliance, redundancy, emergency calling validation, cybersecurity and operational readiness.
12. Export Compliance and Sanctions
Products, software, firmware, documentation and technical data may be subject to Canadian, U.S., European and international export control, sanctions and trade compliance laws. You agree not to export, re-export, transfer or use M5 Technologies products in violation of applicable laws.
13. Partner, Reseller and Distributor Restrictions
Authorized partners, distributors, resellers, consultants and integrators may not use, modify, translate, publish, distribute or adapt M5 Technologies content, logos, product descriptions, diagrams, trademarks, product images, technical explanations or marketing materials without prior written approval.
