M5 Technologies products include a standard three-year hardware warranty, unless different conditions apply under a business partnership agreement.
To help identify the product and assess warranty eligibility, the product serial number is required in the warranty request form below.
Warranty at a glance
Standard hardware warranty period of 36 months from the date of shipment, coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and product serial number required for identification.
Standard three-year hardware warranty
M5 Technologies provides a standard hardware warranty of thirty-six months from the date of shipment, unless different conditions were granted under a business partnership agreement.
What is covered and what is not
Covered under the limited warranty
- Defects in materials and workmanship.
- Failures arising under normal and proper use.
- Repair or replacement, at M5 Technologies’ discretion, once the warranty claim is validated.
Not covered under the limited warranty
- Modified or altered products.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage caused by lightning, power surges, fire, rain, flood, extreme heat, cold, humidity, or corrosive environments.
- Products repaired by an unauthorized service center.
- Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers.
- Normal wear and tear on covers, cases, connectors, and accessories.
Repair, replacement, or reimbursement at M5 Technologies’ discretion
Reasonable efforts to resolve defects
M5 Technologies may use reasonable efforts to remedy validated defects within a reasonable period of time.
Repair or replacement
M5 Technologies may repair the product or replace it with a functionally equivalent product after validating the claim.
Reimbursement limit
If reimbursement applies, it may be limited to the price paid for the product and may not exceed the current list price.
