Standard limited hardware warranty for M5 Technologies products.

M5 Technologies provides a standard hardware warranty of thirty-six months from the date of shipment, unless different conditions were granted under a business partnership agreement. Warranty eligibility is subject to product identification, claim validation and the exclusions described below.

Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use during the applicable warranty period.

What is covered and what is not covered.

The limited warranty is designed for defects arising under normal use. It does not cover improper use, unauthorized changes, environmental damage or products that cannot be properly identified.

Covered under the limited warranty

  • Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Failures occurring under normal and proper use.
  • Repair or replacement at M5 Technologies’ discretion once the claim is validated.
  • Product review based on model, serial number, shipment information and warranty conditions.

Not covered under the limited warranty

  • Modified, altered or unauthorized repaired products.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or unauthorized modification.
  • Damage from lightning, power surges, fire, rain, flood, extreme temperature, humidity or corrosive environments.
  • Products with altered, removed or unreadable serial numbers.
  • Normal wear and tear on covers, cases, connectors and accessories.
